1 Usually we ship our orders within 2 days. Due to holidays, this could in some cases take a little longer.

2 Currently we ask for a small surcharge of €5.99 for shipping. This method includes your package being insured during shipment.

3 We ship everywhere for the same price of €5.99.

4 If there are any interruptions with the delivery, we will let you know via mail. Any further questions about possible interruptions can be asked via our customer support panel.

5 We are deeply sorry that the gloves didn't match your expectations, If you would like to return your gloves for a refund please send an email to; and we will answer you as soon as possible. Please also state your reason why you would like to return your gloves. If we approve your return we will send you an address in Europe where you can send the products in return.
